Practice, inspired.

After working in the ABA field for over 20 years across a variety of practice settings and different companies, Nicole was inspired to establish a new type of ABA company, focused on building a supportive and caring environment for the team. Together with her husband, Jordan, who has over 20 years of experience in business operations in various fields, they founded Inspire ABA. Inspire ABA was founded by a BCBA as a place for like-minded BCBAs and RBTs to grow and thrive. Inspire ABA is truly BCBA owned, BCBA led, and BCBA driven, which allows us to focus on creating a safe, supportive environment for our team and clients.

At Inspire ABA, we understand that many BCBAs and RBTs are feeling burned out from a lack of mentorship and support. That’s why we focus on training and support from the time of initial hire, to starting with your first client, and long-term in building and generalizing clinical skillsets. Our clinical and professional development programs and developed and led by a BCBA-D with extensive clinical and research experience and over a decade of experience teaching and mentoring aspiring BCBAs and BTs. Nicole personally works with our providers in the field to ensure they are supported and our clients are receiving the care they deserve.

Further, Inspire ABA strives to promote an environment of support and psychological safety in the workplace. Our clinical and operations team work collaboratively to develop policies and solve problems, as decisions in one area often impact the other. The top priority is to ensure the needs of the team and our clients are met. Inspire ABA also believe in transparency with our team, so we meet quarterly to review key performance indicators and plan for the future, together.

Perhaps most importantly, Inspire ABA believes that the guiding ethical principles that ensure the science of ABA is applied safely and equitably in our field should apply not only to our providers, but to our leaders and business operations as well. This is why we have made a commitment at the highest level to adhere to the BACB’s ethics codes for providers in our business operations as we do in our clinical operations.
