Overview of ABA Services

At Inspire ABA, we provide ABA services to children, adolescent, and adults diagnosed with autism and related diagnoses.

Decades of research demonstrate ABA’s effectiveness in helping individuals a variety of diagnoses, most notably, ASD, reach their individual goals. The focus of ABA services is to improve an individual’s overall functioning in the places where they live, work, and play.

We start by conducting a thorough functional behavioral assessment (FBA), where providers help determine an individual’s current strengths and areas for future growth, gain an understanding of the specific variables under which target behavior occurs, and then developing individualized behavior support plans (BSP) to improve these behaviors across settings, including at home, school, and in the community.

Our BSPs are highly individualized for each client, taking into account their unique needs, short- and long-term goals, as well as preferences and dislikes to build an intervention plan that is motivating for them.

Our clinical services are inspired by our most valuable team members: our clients! Inspire ABA offers:

  • Thorough assessments conducted by experts in functional behavioral assessment (FBA) to enable us to achieve positive clinical outcomes.

  • Clinical programs led by experts in the field of ABA

  • Additional, ongoing clinical supervision provided by experienced BCBAs

  • Continuous professional development and training for our team

  • A family-centered treatment approach for our clients

  • Ongoing communication and collaboration between members of our team and your family to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes for our clients

At Inspire ABA, we have the training and expertise to grow and adapt to the changing needs of our clients over time, from early childhood to adolescence and beyond. Our clinical team is prepared to work with clients from the time of initial diagnosis until they complete school, transition to adult services, or otherwise graduate from ABA services.

How will ABA Therapy be provided?

During ABA therapy sessions, you or your family member will participate in a variety of activities to help teach essential life skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We’re committed to making every client’s experience a positive one, so we focus on activities that are relevant to each client’s goals and objectives and speak to their individual interests.

Inspire ABA’s sessions are provided in a variety of locations that work best for our clients and their families: at home, at school, and in their communities. This may include conducting sessions at school to focus on building behaviors that may improve access to learning opportunities and then holding sessions in our client’s home to help them interact with siblings and build household routines to help things run a bit smoother. We also provide sessions at summer camp, daycare, and other community locations where our clients could use extra support.

Inspire’s ABA services are generally provided by a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who provides routine support in the client’s service location(s). Typically, we provide these services 3-5 days per week, but the schedule is individualized with each family based on their needs and availability.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides additional supervision and support to the RBT once or twice per week in-person, via telehealth, or using a hybrid model of some in-person support and some telehealth.

The BCBA also provides regular parent coaching to our families to ensure ther are kept updated on their child’s progress and are able to implement parts of the behavioral intervention plan accurately to produce the best outcomes for our clients.
